Lorsque plusieurs mol\u00e9cules d&#039;acide lactique se r\u00e9unissent, le -OH est d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9 et condens\u00e9 avec le -COOH d&#039;autres mol\u00e9cules, et le -COOH est d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9 et condens\u00e9 avec le -OH d&#039;autres mol\u00e9cules. Et ainsi, ils travaillent main dans la main pour former un polym\u00e8re appel\u00e9 acide polylactique. L&#039;acide polylactique est \u00e9galement connu sous le nom de polypropyl\u00e8ne (propyl\u00e8ne glycol) et appartient \u00e0 la famille des polyesters. Et le produit est biod\u00e9gradable et recyclable, ce qui en fait un mat\u00e9riau polym\u00e8re vert id\u00e9al.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-degradation-mechanism-of-pla\"><strong>M\u00e9canisme de d\u00e9gradation du PLA<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le PLA est un \u00ab plastique vert \u00bb typique. Et c&#039;est l&#039;un des mat\u00e9riaux les plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s dans le domaine des mat\u00e9riaux biod\u00e9gradables en raison de sa bonne biocompatibilit\u00e9, de sa d\u00e9gradabilit\u00e9 compl\u00e8te et de sa bio-absorbabilit\u00e9. Et le m\u00e9canisme de d\u00e9gradation du PLA est d\u00e9crit ci-dessous.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le PLA est un polyester aliphatique synth\u00e9tique. Et sa d\u00e9gradation peut \u00eatre divis\u00e9e en une simple d\u00e9gradation hydrolytique (catalys\u00e9e par un acide-base) et une d\u00e9gradation hydrolytique catalys\u00e9e par une enzyme. Du point de vue physique, il existe une d\u00e9gradation homog\u00e8ne et non homog\u00e8ne. Une d\u00e9gradation non homog\u00e8ne signifie que la r\u00e9action de d\u00e9gradation se produit \u00e0 la surface du polym\u00e8re, tandis qu&#039;une d\u00e9gradation homog\u00e8ne se produit \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur du polym\u00e8re. Du point de vue chimique, il existe trois principales voies de d\u00e9gradation.<br>Premi\u00e8rement, la d\u00e9gradation de la cha\u00eene principale en oligom\u00e8res et monom\u00e8res.<br>Deuxi\u00e8mement, l&#039;hydrolyse des cha\u00eenes lat\u00e9rales pour produire des polym\u00e8res solubles de la cha\u00eene principale\u00a0;<br>Troisi\u00e8mement, clivage des points de cha\u00eene crois\u00e9e pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des macromol\u00e9cules lin\u00e9aires solubles. Le m\u00e9canisme d&#039;\u00e9rosion ontog\u00e8ne sugg\u00e8re que le principal mode de d\u00e9gradation du PLA est l&#039;\u00e9rosion ontog\u00e9n\u00e9tique et que la cause sous-jacente est l&#039;hydrolyse des liaisons ester dans la cha\u00eene mol\u00e9culaire du PLA. Les groupes carboxyles terminaux des polym\u00e8res PLA jouent un r\u00f4le catalytique dans leur hydrolyse. \u00c0 mesure que la d\u00e9gradation progresse, la quantit\u00e9 de groupes carboxyles terminaux augmente et le taux de d\u00e9gradation s&#039;acc\u00e9l\u00e8re, entra\u00eenant une autocatalyse.<br>&#12288;<br>Parce que le PLA provient de ressources renouvelables, il est polym\u00e9ris\u00e9, modifi\u00e9 et transform\u00e9 en produits. Lorsque les produits sont jet\u00e9s, ils peuvent \u00eatre compl\u00e8tement absorb\u00e9s par le corps humain ou d\u00e9grad\u00e9s par les organismes environnementaux en dioxyde de carbone et en eau, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant ainsi aux humains et retournant \u00e0 la nature sans pollution. Le processus de production du PLA est sans pollution. Et les produits sont biod\u00e9gradables et recycl\u00e9s dans la nature, c&#039;est donc un mat\u00e9riau polym\u00e8re vert id\u00e9al. Pr\u00e9paration d&#039;acide polylactique<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Actuellement, la synth\u00e8se chimique du PLA comprend deux m\u00e9thodes\u00a0: la polym\u00e9risation par ouverture de cycle de l&#039;ester de propyl\u00e8ne glycol (\u00e9galement connue sous le nom de m\u00e9thode en deux \u00e9tapes) et la condensation directe de l&#039;acide lactique (\u00e9galement connue sous le nom de m\u00e9thode en une \u00e9tape). Parmi eux, la m\u00e9thode de polym\u00e9risation par ouverture de cycle du propyl\u00e8neglyc\u00e9ride dispose d&#039;un \u00e9quipement simple et peut obtenir du PLA de grand poids mol\u00e9culaire. L\u2019inconv\u00e9nient est que le co\u00fbt est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, que l\u2019ensemble du processus est compliqu\u00e9 et que le parcours est long. Et cela n\u2019a pas besoin de passer par la purification des interm\u00e9diaires. Le co\u00fbt est donc inf\u00e9rieur ; le d\u00e9faut est qu&#039;il est plus difficile d&#039;obtenir un polym\u00e8re de haut poids mol\u00e9culaire.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-application-status\"><strong>4\u3001Statut de la demande<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;emballage, la fibre et le secteur m\u00e9dical sont les domaines d&#039;application populaires du march\u00e9 du PLA. Sur le march\u00e9 de l&#039;emballage, sa consommation repr\u00e9sente environ 70% de la consommation totale de PLA. \u00c0 moyen et long terme, la proportion de fibres et de textiles augmentera jusqu&#039;\u00e0 50%, devenant ainsi le plus grand march\u00e9 de consommation du PLA. La quantit\u00e9 de PLA dans le domaine m\u00e9dical est relativement faible, mais le seuil est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 et le profit est plus rentable. Et il existe certains d\u00e9fauts dans les mat\u00e9riaux PLA, tels que de mauvaises propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques et une tr\u00e8s faible temp\u00e9rature de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la chaleur.
