Quando m\u00faltiplas mol\u00e9culas de \u00e1cido l\u00e1ctico se juntam, o -OH \u00e9 desidratado e condensado com o -COOH de outras mol\u00e9culas, e o -COOH \u00e9 desidratado e condensado com o -OH de outras mol\u00e9culas. E dessa forma, eles trabalham lado a lado para formar um pol\u00edmero chamado \u00e1cido polil\u00e1tico. O \u00e1cido polil\u00e1tico tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 conhecido como poli(propilenoglicol) e pertence \u00e0 fam\u00edlia do poli\u00e9ster. O PLA \u00e9 obtido pela polimeriza\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00e1cido l\u00e1ctico como principal mat\u00e9ria-prima, de boa origem e renov\u00e1vel. O processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o do PLA \u00e9 livre de polui\u00e7\u00e3o. E o produto \u00e9 biodegrad\u00e1vel e recicl\u00e1vel, o que o torna um pol\u00edmero verde ideal.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-degradation-mechanism-of-pla\"><strong>Mecanismo de degrada\u00e7\u00e3o do PLA<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>PLA \u00e9 um t\u00edpico \u201cpl\u00e1stico verde\u201d. E \u00e9 um dos materiais mais valorizados na \u00e1rea de materiais biodegrad\u00e1veis devido \u00e0 sua boa biocompatibilidade, degradabilidade completa e bioabsorvibilidade. E o mecanismo de degrada\u00e7\u00e3o do PLA \u00e9 descrito abaixo.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>PLA \u00e9 um poli\u00e9ster alif\u00e1tico sint\u00e9tico. E sua degrada\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser dividida em degrada\u00e7\u00e3o hidrol\u00edtica simples (catalisada por \u00e1cido-base) e degrada\u00e7\u00e3o hidrol\u00edtica catalisada por enzimas. Do ponto de vista f\u00edsico, existe degrada\u00e7\u00e3o homog\u00eanea e n\u00e3o homog\u00eanea. Degrada\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o homog\u00eanea significa que a rea\u00e7\u00e3o de degrada\u00e7\u00e3o ocorre na superf\u00edcie do pol\u00edmero, enquanto a degrada\u00e7\u00e3o homog\u00eanea ocorre dentro do pol\u00edmero. Dentre eles, o m\u00e9todo de polimeriza\u00e7\u00e3o por abertura de anel de propilenoglicer\u00eddeo possui equipamentos simples e pode obter PLA de grande peso molecular. A desvantagem \u00e9 que o custo \u00e9 mais alto, todo o processo \u00e9 complicado e o percurso \u00e9 longo. Assim o custo \u00e9 menor; o defeito \u00e9 que \u00e9 mais dif\u00edcil obter pol\u00edmero de alto peso molecular.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-application-status\"><strong>4\u3001Status do aplicativo<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Embalagem, fibra e medicina s\u00e3o as \u00e1reas populares de aplica\u00e7\u00f5es do mercado de PLA. No mercado de embalagens, o seu consumo representa cerca de 70% do consumo total de PLA. O material degrad\u00e1vel desenvolvido pela empresa pertence ao pol\u00edmero poli\u00e9ster.
