Bagasse is produced during sugarcane processing, when the sugar has been extracted from the plant. It’s made up of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin, which are all organic compounds found in plants.
Bagasse is the fibrous pulp left over from sugar cane processing. It can be used to make paper products, like napkins, tissues and toilet paper rolls.

We need to know all your required details as follow if you need a quotation for your reference
1). Products Type: What kind of bagasse products you need ? Such as bagasse trays , bagasse hamburger containers,bagasse clamshell ,bagasse plates and so on.
2). Dimensions ：What’s your required size ? For example , for clamshell , we have these spec are available , including 450ml/600ml/850ml/900ml of clamshell
And you can custom your own clamshell , but it needs to make new mold and cause mold charge .
3). Demand quantity : How many pcs you need ? The MOQ will be determined by the detailed sizes
Two ways to get the samples
1). If you can accept the bagasse products we have in stock
The samples can be free for you, and you only need to bear the shipping cost .
2). If you need your own sizes of bagasse products and we have no these sizes of bagasse products in stock . Then it needs to proofing and cause proofing fee. The proofing fee will be determined by the detailed sizes and the type of bagasse products.
If they are the samples what we have in stock , and it can be sent out at once .
And if it needs to get the samples by proofing , it will take 7-12days to proofing
Honestly, it mainly depends on the following two factors:

2). Sizes of bagasse products ： Usually , if we have the molds for the ordered bagasse products, the lead time will be faster. On the contrary, it will be slower , cause it will need some days to make molds first.
